No, there is no need to use different pedestals with a special shape in those areas.
Terrace pedestals can be placed directly against the wall (terrace perimeter) or in the corner of the terrace. In such areas, we trim the base of the pedestal to ensure maximum contact with the wall.
We recommend that the unsupported part of the terrace, whether against the wall or in the corner, does not protrude more than 4 cm beyond the outline of the top cap of the pedestal. After trimming the base, we recommend using SBR rubber pads to safeguard the substrate against sharp edges
