The formation of flaming droplets as well as other waste leads to a faster transfer of the fire to other places, even very distant from the source of the fire. Correspondingly, d0 is the absence of flaming droplets. In contrast, d1 and d2 produce few or many flaming droplets which cause burns and intense spread of fire.
