Will the dirt accumulating under the elevated terrace rot? How to clean it?

Elevated terraces are completely demountable in a simple manner, and individual elements can be inspected as well. Only minimal contaminants, such as sand, penetrate under the terrace, which are usually flushed away by water. If the terrace is located near trees or pollen-producing shrubs, the underside of the terrace can be rinsed with water or blown off with compressed air. Below is a picture of a terrace that underwent inspection approximately 5 years after installation. The organic components visible under the terrace completely decompose and are flushed away with water.
