The ventilated terrace price per m2 is relatively low compared to traditional panel or board assembly systems.

Terrace tiles on support pads the price per m2 is very attractive. Of course, the choice of tiles is of great importance for the final price of m2. Prices start from ~ 50 PLN / m2. There is no upper limit. You are only limited by your imagination.

Thanks to the adjustable pedestals, you can raise the terrace to the required height without unnecessary layers.

You can, for example, align it with the threshold of the balcony door, high windows, balustrade or with the adjacent floor, which was made much earlier. Here are some real-life examples:

It is also important that thanks to the use of a ventilated terrace system, you can easily perform a sub-construction search.

First of all, you will check how waterproofing is doing, whether everything is okay with it. And yet, thanks to this solution, waterproofing will not be damaged. You do not attach the boards directly to the roofing felt, so you do not damage it.

Secondly, you have the opportunity to clean the soil of dirt, sediment, etc.

Third and most important - thanks to the fact that you do not twist the adjustable pedestals  with panels, do not glue panels or joists to the adjustable pedestals and in the case of a wooden terrace or composite twisting of the joist with the adapter is not "permanent" you can replace your old, bored or damaged terrace at any time for new.

As you can see, sometimes the terrace is enough to raise a few mm and sometimes you need really high adjustable pedestals but we can handle it.

The price of leveling is largely influenced by the height necessary to raise.

If you need low adjustable pedestals or fixed washers to make your ventilated terrace, the price per m2 will not be much - leveling will be approximately PLN 50 / $ 15.

You will pay about PLN 40-80 / 10-25 $ /  m2 for the montage of such a terrace. You must agree to the price with your fitter. We give the above only to define the order of magnitude of prices.

So if you choose standard tiles  of the middle price shelf, you will pay 150 PLN / 50$  for a ready m2 of such a ventilated terrace. Ready. No costs of buying adhesives, mortars, etc. No mess caused by mixing sand.

However, if the height you have to overcome is several dozen centimeters, the costs of leveling will increase. It is estimated that the order of magnitude of costs of leveling such a terrace is ~ PLN 100 / $ 30.

However, not only the price of terrace adjustable pedestals  increases. The price of preparing the substrate is also higher. Substrate preparation for such a high point pressure also becomes a higher cost than at standard heights.

The above costs are only estimates and retail. When ordering large quantities of adjustable pedestals, the price is subject to a discount, which is set individually for each customer.

Tiles are the main cost of the terrace.

Depending on our preferences, taste or financial resources, we can go crazy at this stage.

Prices and quality of ceramic, concrete or stone tiles vary widely.

The cheapest option are concrete tiles. We will buy them for several dozen PLN per m2. Their strength is very high, however, depending on the concrete mix, they differ in strength and brittleness. It should be noted whether the panel is adapted for mounting on terrace adjustable pedestals.

Ceramic tiles are next in price list. These prices have very large discrepancies. From several dozen to several hundred PLN. The most common ceramic plates are 60x60cm and 2 cm thick. However, there is a very wide range of these products on the market. E.g. in dimensions 30x120 cm or 60x120 cm.

Ceramic terrace tiles at terrace support pads, the price per m2 of the set, i.e. a finally terrace with montage, is a cost in the range of  PLN 200-300 - 60-85 $ / m2

Stone tiles are also very often chosen by customers. Here you should largely pay attention to the strength that the manufacturer gives. The board must be of sufficient thickness to meet the requirements of the possibility of point support only in its corners.

Stone tiles also come in many different colors depending on the raw material. They come in colors ranging from white to cream, gray, brown and black.

As you can see above, the price per m2 of ventilated terraces varies greatly. So the terrace is not equal to the terrace. Neither in terms of price nor the class of the cladding.
