Can various types of pads, such as asphalt or other materials, be used in unconventional or non-standard areas on the terrace to install an elevated terrace?

A properly designed terrace that takes elevated technology into account from the beginning should be free of areas where it is difficult to install an elevated terrace on pedestals. However, in practice, various situations may arise where difficulties in installing an elevated terrace occur. In such cases, it is necessary to find an optimal installation solution in accordance with widely accepted construction standards that ensures the durability of the terrace across its entire surface. This may involve using non-standard leveling pads or bonding the entire element.

When carrying out adhesive work on ventilated terraces, we recommend using the 3M™ 560 Polyurethane Sealant.
