The values provided below refer to the maximum force at which the load-bearing properties of the pedestals are reduced. It is necessary to take into account the safety factor, which typically has a value of FS:2 (Factor Safety 2) for most design purposes. This means that the maximum load capacity of the pedestal should be divided by 2. More details and the currently declared parameters regarding the load capacity of terrace pedestals can be found in the laboratory research reports from ITB (Building Research Institute) and the National Technical Assessment (the load capacities of the pedestals are also indicated in the conformity declaration).
