First, some basic information about our product range, and the table comparison of terrace pedestals is presented below.
Our terrace pedestals are divided into 5 different series.
Each of them is characterized by specific details that affect their applicability.
And so in short:
It is a solution that does not require any specialized tools or skilled skills. Terrace pads for slabs are perfect for the construction of ventilated terraces without gluing, such that are laid dry.
If your substrate does not require leveling and lifting, if there are no large slopes to overcome, then this solution is the best for you.
The support pads have a constant height. It cannot be regulated. However, they can be stacked on top of each other, which makes them a multiple of their basic height when stacked. In addition, slight unevenness / heights can be changed with 1.5mm rubber shims or 3 and 8mm SBR rubber granule pads.
2. SPIRAL Series
Adjustable spiral pedestals for tiles are intended for all those who appreciate the advantages of ventilated terraces, but need the possibility of adjusting the height of the adjustable pedestals with the lowest possible height of the final terrace from the ground, as they can be adjusted from 10 mm. The comparison of terrace pedestals prepared by us perfectly illustrates these dependencies.
The lowest pedestals SPIRAL lowers the minimum height of the terrace to be adjusted to 10 mm. Therefore, it allows to use the technology of ventilated terraces even at very small distances between the ground and the terrace.
The highest one allows you to raise and adjust the floor height up to 210 mm.
The Spiral series of terrace pedestals can be used both for tiles terraces and boards and joists.
3. RAPTOR Series
RAPTOR pedestals are a solution dedicated especially for leveling joists under terraces and under wooden floors on joists. Thanks to this specialization, we offer a high-quality system solution that is at the same time attractive in terms of price compared to other system solutions with a wider scope of application.
The RAPTOR series, thanks to a special built-in element, has the option of lateral fixing of the joist with a screw.
Pedestals adjustment, i.e. the minimum height for leveling, from 15 mm up to 245 mm.
Our wedge pedestals have the largest base on the market, thanks to which they are firmly positioned on the surface of the base floor. Height adjustment is done in a stepwise manner - every 1 mm.
Additional elements can be used for each of the pedestals. These accessories help in additional adjustment of the floor inclination or various types of protection, e.g. acoustic or protective waterproofing.
4. STANDARD Series
Standard series terrace pedestals are an ideal solution for supporting ceramic, stone and concrete terrace tiles, all kinds of construction gratings, joists of wooden or composite terraces and other surface elements such as floors, pavements or platforms.
The possibilities of their application are very wide - they have been adapted for use in residential buildings as well as in public and industrial facilities.
The STANDARD series has a smooth height adjustment. It is made by mutually turning the bolt with its flange (gray part of the bracket).
A very practical solution is the possibility of performing an inspection of the ground condition after the terrace has been installed. You can remove the tile from the support at any time and inspect the substructure. you can also replace one (or several) damaged tiles without having to dismantle most of the terrace or tear off the tiles.
The situation is similar with wooden or composite terraces. The joists and boards are twisted and it is enough to remove the screws to disassemble individual elements. Whether it is enough to disassemble one board or, for example, additionally two adjacent boards, depends on the assembly system in which it was made.
5. MAX Series
The adjustable MAX terrace pedestals is adapted to the installation of both terraces made of tiles and boards, whether wooden or composite. This series will be perfect for the construction of standard terraces as well as other structures with higher requirements. In addition to their use in industrial construction, the adjustable MAX pedestals are often used in specialized urban projects such as city fountains, boulevards, promenades or high special purpose floors.
A comparison of terrace pedestals of all DD Pedestals series shows that the MAX series is unrivaled in terms of height and strength
You can easily raise the terrace up to 95 cm while maintaining its stability. You can complete the functionality of the pedestals with additional equipment.
Their wide base, 210 mm, and additional stabilizing elements allow a single MAX-type adjustable pedestal to withstand a live load of up to 1000 kg! The breaking load is almost twice as high.
A practical slope corrector has been designed for this series' pedestals (as for the SPIRAL). It allows you to use the pedestals on surfaces with quite significant slopes and adjust the angle of inclination of the structure by up to 8%. And by adding the LE 6% self-leveling head to this, you can achieve a slope adjustment of up to 14%.
